Small Dares™ is made by Art with Flo B.V., the Netherlands (company details on our contact page). We are responsible for the data you give us on this site.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address and, if you fill it in, your first name. On the next page you can tell us how often you draw, with one optional tap. We also note how you found us (for example a link from Flo's channel). That's all. No tracking cookies, no ads, no funny business on this site.

Why, and on what basis

With your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming your email: to tell you when Small Dares is available, and now and then to send you a small dare or news about the deck. Your drawing answer helps us explain the deck in a way that fits you. We never sell your data.

Where it's stored

The sign-up form runs on our own website, hosted by Strato in Germany. Our emails are sent with Flodesk, a US email service. To prove your consent we pass on the moment you signed up and your IP address. Flodesk shows us whether an email was opened, so we can stop writing to people who never read them. Flodesk may store data outside the EU under the EU standard contractual clauses.

How long

Until you unsubscribe, or at the latest twelve months after Small Dares is released if you never open our emails.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: hello@smalldares.com. Every email has an unsubscribe link. If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
